All Products are custom ordered for you. If the
return issue is due to our mistake or the manufacturer's mistake, we will
either provide a UPS Call Tag to have the item picked up or reimburse you for
the shipping charges up to the amount of the original shipping charge. All claims for incorrect items, shortages or
damaged merchandise must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery. Each
manufacturer has a different warranty. Please contact us or the manufacturer
for more information on the warranty specifics.
Knobs-Etc.com will service warranty issues only for products purchased through Knobs-Etc.com. If you purchased it through Knobs-Etc.com and the issue is covered by the manufacturer warranty (type of defect, time period, etc.), Knobs-Etc.com will service that issue. We will provide a Call Tag or reimburse the customer for the return freight up to one year from the purchase date for warranty claims for purchases delivered in the continental US for orders still under warranty by the manufacturer. We cannot address any product warranties that are not purchased from Knobs-Etc.com.
Any returns for reasons other than warranty issues must be made within 60 days from the date of delivery. These returns will be subject to a restocking fee.
Merchandise may be returned with prior approval only. A Knobs-Etc.com Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must accompany all returns. Any returns sent without an RMA will be refused by our receiving personnel. All returns must be sent with freight prepaid. All product returns MUST be complete, in their original packaging, and returned in "new" condition; unless it is a warranty issue. Any returns that are not warranty issues will be subject to a minimum of 20%" restocking fee. Restocking Fees are based on the manufacturer's restocking fees. Some manufacturers are higher than others. Some products are not returnable. Those products are exempt from the Return Policy and are sold WITHOUT the option of return or exchange.
